About Juan
Pawtucket School Committee
Public service begins with keeping your word.
Juan Pablo Barrera currently serves on the Pawtucket School Committee and is seeking reelection after his first two year term.
A continuing commitment
Serving Pawtucket with students at the center.
During his first term, Juan worked to fulfill the duties and responsibilities entrusted to him as a School Committee member. He is running again because he believes the work is not finished.
Juan’s commitment is to fight for every student, every teacher, every family, and every resident. He believes every Pawtucket student should have the opportunity to pursue academic excellence and build a strong future.
That work also means listening to taxpayers and being responsible with public dollars. Juan approaches each decision by weighing the needs of students, educators, families, and residents together.
He is asking Pawtucket voters for the opportunity to continue the initiatives already in motion, complete the commitments he made, and keep earning the community’s trust through responsible service.
